At Zuressa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that returns may sometimes be necessary, and we aim to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.


Returns & Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery


Initiating a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

    • The item is defective

    • The item arrived damaged

    • The wrong item (color or size) was sent

Shipping delays caused by customs clearance or courier services, which are beyond our control, do not qualify as valid reasons for a free return.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Zuressa cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After review and approval:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs, or

  • Offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your preference


Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

  • Exchanges are only offered for items of equal value

  • If the replacement item has a higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, unless the item is defective or incorrect


Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return, unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, or alteration

  • Hygiene-sensitive products once opened (where applicable)

  • Partial returns of bundle orders if one or more items have been opened or used

For bundle purchases (packs of 2, 3, or more), returns are generally only accepted if all items in the bundle are returned unused.
However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.


Special Cases

In certain cases, we may choose to send a replacement item without requiring an immediate return.
If a refund is later requested, both the original and replacement items must be returned.

This exception may be granted once per customer.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of return

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law
