If you purchase an additional item through an upsell offer, only the upsell item may be canceled, provided it has not yet been processed. The original order cannot be canceled due to price differences related to upsell discounts.
This policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

Failed Deliveries & Uncollected Packages
If a delivery fails due to:

The shipment may be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases:

Any reshipping or return-related costs may be deducted from the refund amount
